EPS is supporting Rodmersham Cricket Club’s campaign for new practice nets at its Kent ground.
The long-established, family-friendly club is fundraising to replace its existing nets with modern facilities that will give players more opportunities to practise and develop their game.
Rodmersham has a strong focus on encouraging young people into cricket, with junior programmes introducing children to the sport and supporting talented players as they progress. It also runs adult teams and hopes to establish a women’s team in the future.
The new nets will help the club encourage more people to take part in cricket, while supporting the health, wellbeing and social benefits of playing sport.
Mark Chapman, Managing Director at EPS, said:
“Rodmersham Cricket Club plays an important role in the local community and is doing a great job of encouraging young people to get involved in cricket.
“We’re pleased to support the campaign for new practice nets and help the club build on the work it is already doing.”
