We understand that in service support for defence and aerospace products is crucial for our customers and for many years we have provided this support as an integral part of all major programmes from the beginning of the design through to end of service.
Through life supportability is achieved by the adoption of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) principles that when applied at the right time can improve service supportability and reduce whole life costs. The principles deliver an initial support package and a continued optimised support package in the event of any equipment modifications and changes of operational requirements.
